A convicted, level three sex offender has been arrested by police in Yarmouth for an attempted home invasion last month.
Police tell us that Jonathan Fleishman was arrested in connection with the February Black Duck Lane incident.
A woman says she was just opening her door when Fleishman allegedly flashed a gun. He allegedly ran away prior to police arriving.
Nothing announced from the arraignment session yet.
