A pretrial hearing is set for March 16th for a Centerville man accused of buying 2 thousand dollars in gas purchases that weren’t business related.
Ricardo Bell pleading not guilty to a variety of charges in Barnstable District Court. He has pleaded not guilty.
Bell was a season employee for UPS but when he was let go after the holiday he kept using the card.
He is accused of using the card all over The Cape.
