A horse in Barnstable County was set loose and violently attacked with the handle of a pitchfork this past Saturday night when someone broke into a Harwich family stable.
Now, the family that owns CB Equestrian in Harwich has launched a GoFundMe to help pay for the care of the horse, named Scotty.
Harwich Police have said little about the case other than they are still investigating. Police are asking that if you have any info to contact them.
There have been no arrests.
