Officials at Cape Cod Healthcare are confirming that they have technically withdrawn an impact implication in its 180 million dollar proposed expansion.
Officials say it is only a technical designation designed to open up the more conversations with the public.
In withdrawing the project from the Cape Cod Commission it appears that more work needs to be done along the mitigation of transportation issues.
