Hyannis Man Subdued By Police During Drug Deal

A man in Hyannis had to be apprehended with the help of a stun gun after allegedly trying to pull off a drug deal---being caught and then ripping open a bag of Fentynal in front of officers, exposing them to the dangerous drug.

Police chased down Alvin Patterson Sunday on West Main Street when the 300 pound man allegedly ripped open a bag containing what police believed was the dangerous drug.

Patterson was expected to be arraigned yesterday but there is nothing from the arraignment session.

The officers are being monitored.
