February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month.
It is designed to create an opportunity for adults and teens to talk...and understand...and take action against the violence that can sometimes occur between adolescence in regards to dating.
To help facilitate those conversations, Independence House has created an anonymous, online survey that they hop can show where our young people are in regards to recognizing the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships.
To learn more about this survey, Kevin Matthews welcomed the executive director of Independence House, Lysetta Hurge-Putnam, into the studio for a discussion.
