The latest numbers are out on home sales in the state. The Warren Group says statewide there were slightly fewer home sales but the median price went up to more than 400 thousand dollars.
In Barnstable County, the report says the number of sales was also down but the median price was 410 thousand dollars.
In Plymouth County it is almost 388 thousand dollars.
