A 49 year old Hyannis man is being held in lieu of 5 thousand dollars bail on charges that he was a distributor of cocaine in Harwich.
Luis Lebron pleaded not guilty to a variety of charges in Barnstable District Court after officials say the Cape Cod Drug Task Force used a confidential informant to make a controlled drug deal that set up the arrest.
Lebron will be back in court January 28th.
