Nantucket Express has 15 days to reply to a proposal by the FAA to revoke its license for using unlicensed pilots and for using aircraft that was not listed on its aircraft certificate.
The allegations date back to between 2015 and 2017.
Officials at the FAA say if the company fails to respond they will follow through on revocation.
