In Chatham - a special town meeting over the weekend approves acceptance of a donation of two parcels of land on Main Street to be used for a new Council on Aging facility.
Residents also approved a 130 thousand dollar feasibility study to determine costs among other things.
It is expected to cost somewhere in the neighborhood of some 9 million dollars in order to build.
