The Truro Select board is asking designers to find a way to get the cost of a new Department of Public Works building on Route 6 down a little bit.
The Select board got the initial price tag of 20 million dollars for the 32 thousand square foot building on Route 6.
Most of the building would actually be used to store equipment.
So consultants will see what they can do to keep the price tag down.
