Chatham Selectmen are expected to approve a January Special Town Meeting to approve the purchase of two Main Street parcels for a new Senior Center.
Assuming residents would approve that purchase at the January 4th Special Meeting, in May they would be asked to approve a specific project with a specific price tag.
The expected cost is about 9 million dollars.
