An alert Falmouth Police officer spots a man and a woman acting suspiciously who tried to evade police.
The two had a backpack which was believed to have been stolen from one of more than a dozen car breaks in the Maravista area.
Officers searched the backpack and found stolen items connected to one of the breaks.
Now the pair, 25 year old Josh Lauzon and 26 year old Ashley Jordan are charged with breaking and entering and several counts of receiving stolen material. Officials say the pair will be charged with additional offenses.
