A 54 year old Hyannis man has pleaded not guilty to Superior Court charges of aggravated rape of a child.
The D.A.'s office says Jamie Silva has been held in lieu of 10 thousand dollars bail in connection with the alleged incidents that date back to this past July.
Due to the nature of the case the D.A. is not releasing details.
A future court date has not been set.
