The Cape Cod DA has now identified the victim in a fatal Hyannis shooting.
33 year old Darell Russ was shot three times according to the Medical Examiner. Police now call it a homicide case.
It appears that as many as four men were engaged in an altercation when the shots rang out.
There have been no arrests. There has been no announced motive either.
