A 20 year old West Dennis man is being held without the right to bail after allegedly shooting another man in the head last month outside of a package store.
Saul Hernandez-Arroyo ordered jailed after a dangerousness hearing Thursday. The defense contends the shooting was accidental.
That the victim had bullied Arroyo since high school and all they wanted to do was scare him.
Another hearing is set for October 18.
