A math teacher in the Dennis-Yarmouth Regional school system is suing the district for 75-thousand dollars and his immediate reinstatement.
Christopher Corna was accused of harassing two female students. He was suspended pending an investigation.
The suit claims he was reinstated then told he was still suspended.
Corna wants the settlement and then to be reinstated immediately.
A hearing is set for September 24th. No comment from either party.
