The Steamship Authority is hiring a new director of shoreside operations.
Alison Fletcher, who has been an SSA employee since 2001, started the new post this week.
Fletcher will oversee day-to-day activities of the ferry service's terminals, parking lot operations and reservations team ops.
Previous operations director Mark Rozum was promoted to treasurer-comptroller.
