A 33-year-old Provincetown man has pleaded not guilty to charges that he attacked a pregnant woman. Edwin Amaro-Brito entered the plea yesterday in Orleans District Court.
The victim apparently went to police earlier this week to file a complaint that she and Amaro Brito were arguing when the alleged attack happened.
He was released on his own recognizance and will be back in court the end of the month.
