In Wellfleet, police say they are still investigating after several fake legs were placed at a memorial to a man who was killed by a shark last year at Newcomb Hollow Beach.
Police say it has happened at least three times over the last months. Some residents say it is creepy.
Police tell NBC Boston that it may be creepy but it may not be against the law. The investigation is continuing.
