A 43-year-old man from East Falmouth has pleaded not guilty to a variety of charges related to a house break at a home on Milton Street.
Police arrested Michael Melvin after the homeowner provided video evidence of the break-in.
The judge ordering Melvin held in lieu of a thousand dollars bail based on previous similar cases. He will be back in court July 25th.
