Right now it does not appear that the Falmouth Historical Commission is slated to review a Certificate of Appropriateness to convert the Nautilus Motor Inn into 43 housing units.
The commission needs to bless the proposal before it may go forward.
It is not on their current agenda but that could change between now and next Tuesday the 9th when the Historical Commission meets.
