Attorneys for Kevin Spacey haven’t reacted yet but according to court filings, the alleged victim in the Spacey Groping case can’t find the cellphone that a judge has ordered him to turn over to the defense.
A judge has given the alleged victim until July 8th to comply with his order.
The attorney says they are using experts to determine if backups are available.
