Yarmouth Police arrested a 39-year-old Hyannis man on charges that he was operating under the influence of alcohol.
Officials say Andre Dasilva was seen by witnesses driving up on the sidewalk on Route 28 near Thomas Road.
After finally pulling him over, police say he allegedly confessed to having 5 drinks. He was arrested after a sobriety check.
He pleaded not guilty to a variety of charges. No word yet on the arraignment session.
