The State Supreme Court has upheld the first degree murder conviction of Eddie Mack.
He is the 33 year old Dorchester man convicted of first degree murder and home invasion in connection with the death of a man in 2016 in Hyannis.
The SJC turning down appeals based on media bias and improper evidence being admitted.
