Sandwich Zoning Board Of Appeals Agenda Includes Controversial Aerial Park

A Sandwich Zoning Board of Appeals meeting scheduled for this evening could draw a crowd with an opinion on the aerial adventure park at Heritage Museums and Gardens. The largest public garden in Southern New England is seeking a special permit to re-open the park after it declined to appeal a Barnstable Superior Court ruling that it was not educational enough or related to museum operations to qualify for a zoning law protection. The meeting, scheduled to start at 6 p.m., is at the Council on Aging building on Quaker Meeting House Road in East Sandwich.
