The Right Whales appear to have left state waters off of Cape Cod and that is good news for people in the Lobster industry.
State officials have lifted the speed restrictions. That means that fishermen can set traps in the waters both north and east of The Cape and they can also operate their rigs at more than 10 knots.
The restrictions were end later this week but were lifted earlier after a survey of the area.
