T-Mobile is suing the town of Barnstable in federal court for not being allowed to operate cell phone antennas on the Mid-Cape. The town said the cell phone company couldn't run the antennas out of a steeple on top of South Congregational Church in Centerville. T-Mobile says the denial based on health concerns is unlawful and is not supported by substantial evidence. T-Mobile had received a building permit but the project was halted last summer.
