A Cape Cod Community College student was hit by a car as she walked to class on Route 132 Tuesday.
The 18 year old victim thrown several feet by the impact. She will survive.
Police say she sustained injuries to the left side of her body.
Meantime a 20 year old woman is accused with causing the accident. Milenna Rodriguez charged with operating to endanger and not having a license.
More charges could be filed later.
