Wellfleet Voters Approve Dredging, Acreage Purchase Expenses

Wellfleet voters approved spending questions at an election on Monday night that had first been approved at town meeting earlier in April. They included seven-and-a-half-million dollars for dredging parts of Wellfleet Harbor and two-million dollars for the purchase of more than two-hundred acres of tidal flats, and a beach. Changes to the town charter that were previously approved in 2018 were given the green light last night. There were no select board races.
