Two state district attorneys are joining the lawsuit seeking to block immigration officers from making arrests at Massachusetts courthouses.
Suffolk DA Rachael Rollins and Marian Ryan of Middlesex are backing the lawsuit seeking to block ICE agents from court property.
The suit was planned after a Newton district court judge was indicted by a federal grand jury for allegedly helping an illegal immigrant avoid an ICE agent. It is unclear whether any other District Attorneys will be joining the suit.
