The Provincetown Police department is reporting that Darren Devine, a career criminal with a violent past, has been apprehended in Michigan.
He had been wanted since Friday, March 15th.
The 27-year old Devine was wanted by the Provincetown PD on arrest warrants after he allegedly attacked a Provincetown officer. Devine was already out on bail on a breaking and entering charge in Wellfleet last December but failed to show up in Orleans District Court last Tuesday for a pre-trial hearing.
Devine has warrants out for Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Breaking and Entering, and Destruction of Property. Devine has 91 priors in Massachusetts.
