YPD/ Man Shot Accidentally

Yarmouth Police and Fire received a call Monday afternoon for a man who had accidentally shot himself in the hand at the Buck Island Road Condominium Complex in West Yarmouth.
On scene the unidentified victim was treated and, due to the extent of the injury, was taken by Med-Flight to a Boston Hospital.
The victim is properly licensed and the weapon was lawfully registered.
Yarmouth police are investigating the incident as an accidental shooting.
