Wareham PD/Pedestrian Struck

Wareham Police responded to the Cranberry Highway near Red Brook Road Tuesday night for a report of an accident involving a pedestrian.
While investigating the incident, police discovered that the victim, 38 year old Rachel O’Donoghue of East Wareham, had an active arrest warrant out for her from Wichita, Kansas.
O’Donoghue was taken to Tobey Hospital for treatment of minor injuries and was then arrested on a charge of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant.
She appeared in Wareham District Court on Wednesday.
