A winter storm that is expected to wallop other parts of Massachusetts with a foot or more of snow is going to just scrape Cape Cod this weekend.
The NBC10 Boston "First Alert" forecast is calling for a two-inch total for the Vineyard and most of the Cape, with a four-inch total being called for in Provincetown; the forecast indicates Nantucket will barely see any. The National Weather Service is issuing a Coastal Flood Watch for Barnstable and Nantucket counties for Sunday morning.
