Brewster Man Pleads Guilty to Numerous Gun Charges

A Brewster man will be calling the Barnstable County Correctional Facility home for the next two and a half years after pleading guilty Thursday to six firearms charges.

David Jones appeared in Barnstable Superior Court and pled guilty to illegal possession of a firearm, two counts of possession of a firearm without a firearms identification card, two counts of improper storage of a firearm, and improper storage of a rifle near a minor.

 Following his 30 month stay at the county correctional facility, Jones will spend three years on probation.
