The Baker-Polito Administration Sunday announced more than $1 million in grants for 31 projects to improve municipal land use planning and development through the second round of grants from the Planning Assistance Grant Program.
Locally, Barnstable will be receiving $50,000 to rezone downtown Hyannis. The Martha’s Vineyard Commission is in line for $15,000 to be used for Site Plans for Elderly Housing.
