Massachusetts State Police arrested a Bourne man on Wednesday in connection with a fire at a former bar in Hanson on July 5th. That fire that destroyed JJ’s Pub deemed to be arson.
Alfred Russo, 75, was a member of the Boston Fire Department from 1969 to 1995, retiring as a member of the Marine Unit.
Russo pleaded not guilty in Plymouth District court and was released on his own recognizance. Russo must wear a GPS tracking device.
