Harwich Man Convicted on Drug, Weapons Charges

A Harwich man, on Monday, was convicted of numerous drug and firearm charges by a federal jury in Boston.

36-year old Timothy Fletcher will be sentenced on October 23rd. He has been in custody since his arrest on the charges in December 2015. In April of 2015, police executed a search warrant at a storage unit in Hyannis where they recovered firearms, ammunition, various drugs including cocaine, drug paraphernalia, scales, and cash hidden in more than 200 pairs of sneakers. Police discovered Fletcher’s fingerprints on various items in the storage unit.

 The day before the search warrant was executed, Fletcher was stopped by police who found a key to the storage unit in his possession.
