Nantucket Police are investigating the death of a woman who, on Monday, told her husband she was going to swim to shore from their sailboat. The body of Jenny Phillips, 76, was discovered on a Wauwinet beach.
Phillips, of Concord, is the wife of the Boston Globe's State House bureau chief Frank Phillips who said his wife was an experienced swimmer and it was not unusual for her to do what she did.
Jenny Phillips was a filmmaker and therapist.
