Two people suffered serious injuries in Wellfleet when the car they were in was involved in a crash with a school bus.
Wellfleet Police report the collision happened around 3 p.m. Tuesday on Route 6 in the area of Oliver’s Tennis Courts.
The injured parties were in a 2004 red Chevy Impala. Elaine Hinckley, 88, and her passenger, Jean Sullivan, 93, were taken to Cape Cod Hospital with injuries deemed serious but not life-threatening.
There were no students in the school bus which was driven by William Brooks, 67, of Wellfleet.
