The median sale price of property in Barnstable County in April was $370,000; a figure last seen in October of 2017.
Register of Deeds, John Meade, tells WXTK News the $370,000 figure has been reached four times in the past twelve months.
Meade says the numbers for April 2018 showed across the board increases from April of last year.
Volume of real estate sales was up 1.6%, total value of sales was up 1.3%, and the median individual property sale value was up 5.7% from April 2017.
Year to date figures show volume of sales down almost 3%, total value of sales up 2.2%, and individual sale value up 5.8%.
All figures are based on property values above $50,000.
