A crash involving a pickup truck and a metal utility pole and traffic light control box sent one person to Cape Cod Hospital with serious injuries.
It happened just before 1 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Willow Street and Higgins Crowell Road.
The victim was taken to Cape Cod Hospital with serious, but not life-threatening injuries.
The damage to the traffic light control box caused traffic delays in the area until repairs could be made. Yarmouth Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
