The Family Pantry of Cape Cod had another successful Turkey distribution to those on the Cape seeking a little help for Thanksgiving.
Executive Director, Christine Menard, says the Pantry was able to distribute 450 turkeys with all the fixings for those in need.
Menard says the turkeys come from a number of donors. The Chatham Wayside Inn donated 100 turkeys, carrying on a tradition they have done for a number of years. The Cape Community Business Partners also donated 100 turkeys. The Greater Boston Food Bank provided a good portion of the birds with the remainder coming from caring individuals and businesses on the Cape.
