More than three dozen wounded warriors from across the country are on Cape Cod this weekend for the 6th Annual Wounded Warrior Project Soldier Ride.
The ride begins (began) this morning on the Shining Sea Bikeway in North Falmouth with the riders headed to Woods Hole where the riders will make a u-turn.
On Saturday, the ride continues at the former North Truro Air Force Base on Route 6 and concludes in Provincetown at MacMillan Pier.
Members of the Yarmouth Police Department and police officers, firefighters, and first responders from all across the Cape and Islands will be taking part in supporting the event.
