The Community Leadership Institute of Cape Cod (CLI) is now accepting applications for its 2018 Leadership Cape Cod Program.
The program features 11 sessions between January and May 2018. Among the topics addressed are: healthcare, social services, education, business, government, diversity, law, environment, media and arts. Class members also complete a community service project and a commencement ceremony in June.
The mission of the C-L-I is to foster a better Cape Cod by educating community leaders about defining regional issues and resources. Participants gain access to individuals working to solve the Cape's most pressing issues. Students are encouraged to think about their role in creating solutions to local and regional challenges. CLI alumni include local and state politicians, business and nonprofit leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, health care professionals and members of the media.
There are almost 700 CLI graduates making a difference in the Cape Cod community," said board president Marty Bruemmel. "We look forward to continuing this great tradition with the class of 2018."
