Citizens Energy Chairman, and former Congressman, Joseph Kennedy II joined Falmouth elected officials and local business leaders on Thursday to officially commission the Falmouth Solar Project.
One of those business leaders instrumental in seeing the utility-scale solar array go from an idea to a reality is Jim Fox, a member of the board of directors for the Economic Development & Industrial Corporation as well as Chairman of the Falmouth Planning Board.
Fox says Citizens Energy Corporation was selected in 2015 to develop the 4-megawatt solar array through a competitive bid process.
