Mindful Stretching
Based on The Stretch and Breathe Deck, Mindful Stretching will help relieve tight muscles, increase flexibility, improve circulation and mobility, and release tension. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels, enjoy seated and standing stretches designed to target the entire body: head & neck, upper body, trunk & lower back, legs & feet. We’ll also focus on using the breath to promote awareness of physical sensation, calm an active mind and release anxiety.
Olivia H. Miller is the author of 11 wellness card decks, including the newly released Stretch and Breathe Deck, The Charka Energy Deck and best-selling Yoga Deck. Olivia leads seminars designed to optimize physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
