Eversource is preparing for the possibility of power outages caused by a weekend nor'easter.
The utility will have crews in position to deal with any damage or service interruptions and customers are urged to prepare for a loss of power by charging cell phones and electronic devices and making sure there are fresh batteries in flashlights, radios, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
People with medical needs should make sure their equipment is charged and they have enough supplies to get through the weekend.
