Eversource Updates Power Restoration Efforts

Eversource says it's working around-the-clock to restore power to customers in areas hard-hit by the winter storm including Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard.

Eversource says hundreds of out-of-state crews are assisting with the power restoration efforts.

The utility says customers may have already received an estimated time of restoration for their outage, but for those who have not, estimates will be provided as crews arrive at their location and assess the damage.

Eversource President of Massachusetts Electric Operations Doug Foley says this is an all-hands on deck, multi-day effort and crews have been making progress in assessing damage across the Cape and making repairs.
